Goals

To increase customer and employee loyalty: Actions to achieve goals.

  • To solicit reviews from our customer base once per quarter, to obtain true and unbiased information to measure our growth.
  • To have a one on one review, with each employee, on a regular basis, to ensure their understanding of the contribution they are making toward the company’s growth.
  • To implement a system of measurement to insure each employee understands the true value of their contribution. To review each employee, on a regular basis, to ensure they understand the contribution they are making toward the company’s growth. To have an employee over value their level of contribution only leads to distrust, resentment and discord. To have an employee to under value their contribution is unfair to the ones we depend on the most.
