The family atmosphere that drives Southland Express, LLC carries over to the relationship between the drivers and our office staff. Tracy maintains an open door policy for everyone in the company. Many times you can hear a wide range of people from drivers or mechanic to friends and neighbors talking about everything from business to personal matters. Here, everyone gets to know everyone. This is important when things come up at home and drivers need that little bit of extra time off to handle personal matters that arise. We believe there should always be a level of trust and respect between our drivers and the office staff. As a company, we still believe that a safety conscious and qualified driver is the most important part of our overall team. Each applicant is screened to insure all our standards are being met. We are also upgrading our equipment to improve several areas including the comfort and productivity of our drivers.
